Map and Directions

From the East Bay:

  1. Bay Bridge to San Francisco
  2. Exit towards Civic Center
  3. Take a left at the fork towards Duboce/ Mission Exit
  4. Stay in the right lane going towards the Mission Street exit.
  5. Bear to the right (towards South Van Ness) and move to the far left lane.
  6. At the light make a sharp left onto Otis Street.
  7. Go to the first light and turn right onto Gough Street.
  8. At the next light make a right onto Market Street and get into the left lane.
  9. Make a left at the light onto Franklin and stay in the left lane.
  10. At the third intersection, make a left onto Fell Street.
  11. Continue on Fell Street until Webster.
  12. Turn right onto Webster and continue for approximately 1 mile to California Street.
  13. Congregation Sherith Israel is at the corner of Webster and California.

From Marin:

  1. Take the Golden Gate Bridge toward San Francisco
  2. Once in San Francisco stay on US-101 (Lombard Street)
  3. Turn RIGHT (South) onto Webster St
  4. Continue on Webster Street for approximately half a mile until California Street.
  5. Congregation Sherith Israel is at the corner of Webster and California.

From the South Bay:

  1. Take Hwy 101 north. From Palo Alto-approximately 30 miles.
  2. IMPORTANT: When you get close to San Francisco you will need to get into the left lane. The right will take you to the Bay Bridge.
  3. Bear Left and follow the signs to the Golden Gate Bridge exit.
  4. Stay in the right lane going towards the Mission Street exit.
  5. Bear to the right (towards South Van Ness) and move to the far left lane.
  6. At the light make a sharp left onto Otis Street.
  7. Go to the first light and turn right onto Gough Street.
  8. At the next light make a right onto Market Street and get into the left lane.
  9. Make a left at the light onto Franklin and stay in the left lane.
  10. At the third intersection, make a left onto Fell Street.
  11. Continue on Fell Street until Webster.
  12. Turn right onto Webster and continue for approximately 1 mile to California Street.
  13. Congregation Sherith Israel is at the corner of Webster and California.
