Torah Study

Saturdays, 9:15–10:15 am 

Every Saturday morning, except Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur if they fall on Shabbat, congregants and guests gather to study the weekly parashah (portion). Led by one of our clergy or occasionally by a guest or congregant, the hour offers learning from traditional and contemporary sources, as well as lively discussion.

Empathy Circle

Mondays, Biweekly, 5 pm

 
Attuned listening is the skill of listening empathetically. Learn how empathetic listening can help us communicate across differences and improve our relationships to others and ourselves. Each session will involve learning as a group and practice with an empathy buddy in break out rooms. We listen better after we have been heard, let's take the time to listen to each other.
