• Our preschool program runs Aug-May.

• Our preschool is open to children ages two to five years old.

• We are open 8:30 to 5:30pm M-TH and 8:30-5:00pm on Fridays. 

• We offer full and half day options.  

• Half day dismissal for 2 years old is 12:30

• Half day dismissal for 3-6 years old is 1:00

• We also offer these pick-up options for an additional fee: 3:30, 5:00 and 5:30 

• Registration for summer camp opens to currently enrolled families in Jan. 2024 and to the public in February 2024.

For the 2024-25 school year children must be two by Aug. 15th.  If your child does not meet the deadline and there is space available-we will hold a space until your child turns two.  We offer both full and part time options to accommodate a diverse range of needs. After care depends on availability of staff, 2 & 3 day options are offered for two years old but once children transition to the preschool class we only offer a 5 day schedule. For the 2023-24 school year we are open to accommodating other schedule options per request.

Summer Camp Options (Full and partial day options):

This summer we will be offering 5 two week sessions for young learners to explore nature, play with friends, and experience some enrichment activities like DIY arts, music and movement, cooking/tasting various foods, and exploring space! We will be out in nature for 3 hours from drop off to 12:30. For children who are staying full days, they will walk back to school with the crew for rest time, afternoon classroom play and theme related activities. Our goal is to provide a safe space for children to play and socialize while sprinkling in some themes so they can continue their love for learning throughout the summer. Come explore nature with us!

• Session 2: June 17-28....All about the Solar System.
• Session 3: July 8-19....Cooking the Alphabet.
• Session 4: July 22-Aug 2.....Music & Movement.
• Session 5: Aug 5-16.....DIY Arts & Nature Crafts.
• 8:30-9:00 Drop off at Park.
• 3:30-5:30 pick up at school.

Coming soon...Parent and child play and learn group

This class of parents with infants and toddlers meets in the mornings once a week at various local parks. There is an adult education component to this class. As a participant, parents will explore topics that are relevant to the developmental stage of the enrolled children. We have an indoor area at Sherith Israel during extreme weather conditions.

As a participant your family is included in our family events such as our annual picnic, holiday celebrations and parent education classes.

The cost is $10 for your friends/guests to drop-in.  You must register and prepay for each season to reserve your spot in advance, making it easier for us to plan ahead.
