Celebrate the beginning of Summer and the Jewish holiday of Shavuot at the home of Ingrid Evans and Art Klein

Plan on a fabulous evening with heavy appetizers and drinks on their outdoor deck as we raise a toast to the start of summer and the Jewish Holiday of Shavuot.

For those that need a refresher, Shavuot commemorates the occasion when the ancient Israelites received the 10 Commandments at Mount Sinai (or in the case of Sherith Israel members, in front of Half-Dome at Yosemite) and marks the end of the barley harvest and start of the wheat harvest. Shavuot traditions include consuming dairy products, staying up late and celebrating, and of course, being in community.
