Preparing for the High Holidays

6:30 pm: Light refreshments
7–8:30 pm: Learn to navigate the new Machzor with Rabbi Graf and Cantor Frommer and our own shofar expert, Maurice Kamins.

During the month of Elul, the month leading up to the High Holidays, we focus on the meaning of the Days of Awe. In these two classes, we will explore the themes of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur to make the holidays even more meaningful.
