Catered by Salt and Pepper Catering (Associated with Max's). Children under 5, free; 5–12 years, $20; students and persons with limited funds, $25; adults, $40. RSVP for dinner by the morning of Sept. 22. Chicken, Fish and Vegetarian options available.
