Mitzvah Day at the San Francisco Food Bank

Every year Sherith Israel families with children 4 years and older roll up their sleeves and get to work at the San Francisco Food Bank sorting and packing food for hungry San Franciscans. Space is limited, so RSVP soon for your preferred time: 9–11 am or 12:30–2:30 pm. “It’s a great way to get to know people better and to make a real difference in people’s lives,” comments Nancy Sheftel-Gomes.
