This three-part series is an opportunity to learn more about how to lead, host, and support a shiva. Group members will meet at a congregant’s home and explore the different elements of shiva, from hosting a shiva to helping to lead a service. Please join the Bay Area Jewish Healing Center in this hands-on experience. Our hope is that participants will emerge with a greater understanding and confidence in supporting this important time in the mourning journey. This Shiva Lab experience is not a drop-in class, we ask that participants commit to all three sessions.
