2024 Membership Form

Thank you for renewing your membership. Your annual membership donation (along with all of our other households) makes up nearly half of our annual budget.

We suggest an annual donation based on what it takes for us to sustain the operations of the synagogue. We welcome donations at whatever amount is meaningful and sustainable for your household. You can set up a monthly donation, make an annual gift, use appreciated stock, your IRA or DAF. Please call our office with any questions.

Our 2024 base membership rates are:
 
Young adults (individuals under 26): $180
Associate members (those already affiliated with another synagogue): $1,500
Individuals 26 and over: $2,150
Couples and families: $2,950

To thank our generous donors, and to encourage others to join them, we are introducing four
new recognition levels based on your total contribution—dues and Annual Fund:
 
Sustaining Member: $4,500 - $5,999; Your gift represents roughly the cost of CSI’s expenses per member.
Mensch Member: $6,000 - $11,599; Your contribution helps defray the costs of those who are not able to contribute at the sustaining level.
Building Member: $12,000 - 17,999; Your donation helps us develop new initiatives to meet new challenges.
Benefactor Member: $18,000 and above; Your support above and beyond supercharges innovative initiatives and capabilities.

If you are paying by credit card you will be prompted to complete the transaction in a single sum or recurring charges.
