Join Sherith Israel in taking the lead in promoting teen mental wellness with our innovative teen Mental Health First Aid program. Launching this spring, we are the first synagogue to offer tMHFA certifications through the National Council of Mental Wellbeing.
By participating in this program, teens will not only gain invaluable tMHFA skills, but also engage in the Challenges and Choices curriculum from The Mussar Institute to build resilience and self-care skills rooted in Jewish values.
