Hebrew 101- gain knowledge of the AlephBet and Nikkud system in context of the Siddur. At the end of this class, students will be able to read and pronounce excerpts from the prayerbook. There will also be some basic vocabulary and introduction to Hebrew grammar. No Previous knowledge required.

Join our Hebrew learner community as we dive into decoding the language behind the prayers & blessings of the Siddur. Learn essential vocabulary and Hebrew grammar basics to better understand and explore new meanings behind our ancient texts. In person attendance encouraged; Zoom option available if need be.

Join us for a special Shabbat service led by Rabbi Reuben Zellman in honor of transgender and nonbinary folks in our community and beyond. In commemoration of Yom ha Zikaron— the upcoming Memorial Day to honor Israel’s fallen soldiers—we will say Kaddish to honor their lives.
