Hebrew 101- gain knowledge of the AlephBet and Nikkud system in context of the Siddur. At the end of this class, students will be able to read and pronounce excerpts from the prayerbook. There will also be some basic vocabulary and introduction to Hebrew grammar. No previous familiarity with Hebrew required.

About the instructor: Noa Levy is a liberal arts major and professional vocalist born in Jerusalem, with extensive experience in language studies. Since moving to the Bay Area, Noa became deeply involved in the Jewish community as a teacher and a diverse singer.
