Thurs. Feb. 29, 7-8 pm on Zoom: Peter Beinart, professor of journalism and political science at the CUNY Graduate Center. Beinart is editor-at-large for Jewish Currents, a CNN political commentator, and a fellow at the Foundation for Middle East Peace. He is the author of The Crisis of Zionism and a former Rhodes Scholar.

Tuesday, March 12, 7 pm, in person: Alon-Lee Green & Sally Abed of Standing Together, a grassroots movement mobilizing Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel in pursuit of peace, equality, and social & climate justice. Presented by New Israel Fund. Additional registration required. 

Sun. March 17, 10:30-11:30 am on Zoom: Avital Leibovich, director of American Jewish Committee (AJC) Jerusalem. Her distinguished career spans over 30 years in a wide range of senior media and public relations positions within the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where she served as the face of the IDF to the international community during critical events. Cosponsored by AJC San Francisco.

Thurs. March 21, 7-8 pm on Zoom: The Honorable Consul General Marco Sermoneta is Ambassador of Israel to the Pacific Northwest, based in San Francisco. A career diplomat since 1993, he builds partnerships and coalitions of support for Israel with the people and government, strengthening relations in the areas of innovation and technology, trade, agriculture, tourism, sustainability and the environment, and culture.
