Participants will learn to read and pronounce the letters of the Hebrew alef-bet. In addition familiarity with the prayerbook, basic blessings and core parts of the liturgy will be provided.

This practice helps increase joint flexibility, balance, circulation, range of motion and maintain muscle strength.

Once a month, we celebrate Shabbat outdoors together Rabbi Samantha Kahn and families with children up to five for a creative, fun musical service, including plush Torah toys and reading from the Torah. Grandparents and friends welcome! Snacks provided.
