Together we will begin to explore how we can support each other to thrive with the unique way our brains are wired, and help erase the stigma of ADHD. Bring your questions to get informed about this relevant topic with adult ADHD life coach & Sherith Israel member Ilana Gauss.

7:15pm	8:15pm		Introductory Hebrew Bart Hall Participants learn to read and pronounce the letters of the Hebrew alef-bet, as well as gain familiarity with the prayerbook, basic blessings and core parts of the liturgy. No prior knowledge required. Taught by Noa Levy.
